Terms And Conditions

• Max. up to 10 designs per customer
• Max. 300MB per file for the designs
• Deadline for submitting designs 1 week after payment
• For production timeline please contact our customer representative
  
• Price is per-meter including printing, steaming, coating, washing, and finishing
  

Production Terms

• The production will be started after the payment completed
• There will be additional 7-14 working days for the color matching process.
• Production will take 21 working days depending on the production queue and schedule

Design Terms

• Design valid PER-CUSTOMER
• 10 - 100 meters can use up to 3 design
• 101 - 300 meters can use up to 10 design
• Resolution: MIN. 150 ppi (pixels per inch)
• Colour profile: RGB
• File type: ONLY JPEG & PNG, not acceptable: AI/CDR
• Maximum size per design: 300 MB
• Height direction will be Y axis, and width direction will be X axis
• Design will be opened using Adobe Photoshop, so please make sure your design is compatible
• All fabric will be processed based on daily printing schedule
